With it's central East Coast location, Moore County enjoys a temperate climate with a chance to experience all four seasons. As you will see in the graph below, the high temperatures in the hottest summer months tend to reach the high 80s, while the average lows in the coldest months drop into the 30s. Historically, April is the driest month with about 3 inches of precipitation, while July is the wettest (thanks to afternoon thunderstorms) with approximately 5.25 inches.
